ICQO'2008

The registration of participants for the conference will be held on September, 19 in two places: one in the reception area of the Reval Hotel, and other in the reception area of the Ecotel Hotel (only for those who will stay in the Ecotel Hotel).
The working hours are 14:00–21:00.
We are asking all participants who will arrive on September, 19 to get their conference materials this day.
The regestration will be continued on September, 20 near the Hall Z in the conference center of the Reval Hotel.

If you are intersted in PARTICIPATION without presentation you are welcome to join the conference.

The Waiting list for the POSTER presentation is opened from the July, 15 up to the September, 1.

Please note, that the number of participants is limited.

In the case of accepting of your report please prepare the Abstract of the report (up to 1 page) as a plain text or write it in LaTeX and send by E-mail by September, 1, 2008.

Proceedings
Usually we publish the reports as full length papers in Optics and Spectroscopy Journal after the meeting. So, it would be very nice if you keep this in mind and start preparing the manuscript in advance. Manuscripts should be prepared in LaTeX format.

The regular conference registration fee covers: the admission to the conference sessions, the conference materials, the conference welcome party, the conference coffee-breaks. The conference Registration fee should be paid by all participants including invited and plenary speakers.

Accompanying persons registration fee covers the same points, as the regular one, except conference matherials, and provides a full access to all the conference activities.

Optional fee include the conference dinner (40 EURO). The full conference fee is calculated as a sum of Registration and Optional fees.

Some cultural program events will be offered for participants (paid directly on the site).

The payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit cards (see the details below).

Bank charges must be paid by the participant. Please make sure that bank transaction fees do not reduce the amount of payment. Please indicate your full name on the bank transfer. If payment is made for more than one person or by a company please indicate all names.

Payment by Credit Card:
In the case of payment by credit card you should to print the form, fill in and send it by fax to the Conference Service Agency. Please do not submit Credit card details by email. On receiving the Agreement of Payment Form the Conference Service Agency will charge the stated amount off the indicated credit card account and send an acknowledgement of the payment receipt back to participant.

In case of payment by credit card, 3% handling fee will be applied. Note, that only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
