IV Congress of Belarusian Physicists is organized by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Belarusian State University, Belarusian Physical Society, Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research will be held in Minsk, Belarus from 24th to 26th April 2013.

In the framework of the Congress the Symposium in honor of B.I. Stepanov 100th anniversary and Belarusian-Swedish-Ukrainian Scientific Workshop on Optics and Laser Physics will be held

By the beginning of the Congress the book of two-page proceedings will be published.
