Members of the Belarusian Physical Society may register only if they have no outstanding membership fees. (Note: To pay off your BPS membership fee, please contact the chairman or secretary of your local BPS branch. You can also pay the BPS membership fee directly to the BPS treasurer before the Congress, including upon registration.).

If the paper's authoring team consists solely of students (undergraduates, master's students, or postgraduates), then payment of the registration fee is not required upon providing proof of enrollment to the organizing committee (the organizing committee must be informed of this by April 10).

Inclusion of the paper in the collection of scientific papers is permitted only after payment of the registration fee!

Young scientists under 35 who are current members of the BPS can submit a request to the organizing committee for financial support for participation in the Congress.

For participants not from the Republic of Belarus or the Russian Federation, the registration fee is paid on site during the Congress registration process. If you require a proforma invoice to pay the registration fee, please contact the organizers by E-mail.
